Chandler & Co. Studios is a Michigan-based production company and event content studio. We work with conferences, nonprofits, corporate teams, brands, speakers, and live producers who want their moments to matter for more than a night.
We don't approach video content as a service line, we approach it as strategy. Every project begins with the question: what does this content need to do next month, next quarter, next year? The answer shapes everything from the shot list to the final grade.
Founder
Justin Chandler.
Justin is a cinematographer, director, and the creative lead behind every Chandler & Co. project. He founded the studio around a conviction that has held up across every kind of room he's filmed in — that the most valuable content isn't captured at the peak moment, it's shaped in the days that follow.
He built the studio to feel like a partnership, not a vendor. Clients work directly with him from the first call through the final delivery. That closeness — plus a small, sharpened crew — is what allows the work to feel cinematic and considered without ever being precious.
When he's not on set, Justin is probably scoring a rough cut, chasing golden hour, or writing about the craft.
